Policies
Shipping Policies:
Most items travel USPS first class parcel and shipped within 2-3 business days. Made to order items may take a few days more. You will be contacted with the anticipated ship date.
All packages are carefully packaged and include a hand-stamped gift box, suitable for storage and gift giving.
Please note that all items will be shipped to the address on record in PayPal. Please check PayPal to make sure the address is accurate and up to date.
International Shipments:
International purchasers should note that, depending on season and customs, packages may take from 2-8 weeks. Please be patient if your package takes a while to arrive--it is at the discretion of the postal service and customs. If you are concerned, please take the confirmation number, or the customs number assigned to your package, and check with your postal service to see if they can track it. It could just be delayed in customs.
NOTE: International purchasers are responsible for all fees beyond stated shipping fees, including import taxes, customs fees, etc. Undelivered items (or items where delivery is refused) WHICH ARE RETURNED to StoneWyre will receive partial refunds, excluding shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee. All accessories will be shipped with correct and honest declarations. Convo me if you have questions.
In addition, I do not ship to several countries due to customs restrictions and insurance liability. If you live in a country not listed, I will be happy to check the current status if you email me. If I find it is currently approved, I will be happy to ship.
Insurance Claims:
It hasn't happened yet, but in the event the item arrives damaged, please photograph the box BEFORE opening it and photograph the damaged item. Contact me right away for filing information.
Returns:
StoneWyre wants you to be totally happy with your jewelry purchase. If you are not, please email StoneWyre for return instructions within 5 business days of receipt and return the un-worn item in its original packaging. A 10% restocking fee may apply. Shipping fees are not refundable (both directions). Please note that items returned without an authorization code may not be refunded.
Additional Information:
Alterations: Some items can be adjusted to alternate sizes upon request. Or a similar item can be made to your size/color specification. Please feel free to email StoneWyre for details prior to ordering.
Custom orders: I am happy to take custom orders, either using an existing design with a different stone, color, or changing the type of wire (upgrading to 14K gold-filled, for example). I can also design a custom setting for a stone of your choosing. Email StoneWyre for details. Custom items are non-refundable.
